IFAD Supervision mission Team meeting with the ROOTS Team (Project Support Unit) at the ROOTS conference room. Supervision mission starts from 19th September to 8th October 2022.
The main objective of the supervision mission is to provide to the Government, IFAD, and the relevant stakeholders with: (i) detailed level of the project and the RPSF achievements against the approved set targets; (ii) necessary adjustments to improve the effectiveness; (iii) upgraded implementation approaches to speed up results achievement; (iv) follow up closely the implementation of the AWPB & the recommendations of the previous mission.
For the RPSF’s completion, the overall objective is to assess and report on all the delivery performance of the grant and the achievements. The mission team will be required to collect the required information for a separate completion report for the RPSF activities.
The PSU presented on implementation progress highlighting achievements and challenges. In Day 2 the Team will be heading to Project sites to see for themselves and hear from the beneficiaries.
